“Best Available Rate” Guarantee:
We guarantee the best rate available in the marketplace for the type of loan you’re applying for. Until you choose to lock your rate, if you produce a valid commitment letter and a good faith estimate with a better rate, and the same terms and conditions, we will either match that rate, or pay you $100 once you have submitted a HUD-1 settlement statement and copy of your note showing you closed at that rate. |

If we do not meet your expectations for quality service, the title company closing your loan will be empowered to pay you $295.00 (the average cost of an appraisal). At your request, they will write you a check and reduce our proceeds. We only ask that you complete a form identifying the reason for your dissatisfaction so we can use your feedback to improve our level of service.

The Good Faith “Guarantee”:
All lenders are required to give you a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) at time of application. We’ve chosen to refer to ours as a Good Faith “Guarantee”. If your actual closing costs differ from this estimate by more than $100, we’ll double the difference back to you in a cash refund. Some limitations do apply. Please refer to our Guarantee statement.
